Schedule from Application to the Exhibition

May 31, 2019 Exhibition application deadline
Applications are accepted by mail, fax or e-mail until May 31, 2019.
Please sign and retain a copy of your application form.
As a general rule, cancellations are not permitted after submitting the official application.
However, in the event that the organizer judges the situation as unavoidable, please note that the following cancellation fee must be paid and the application will be cancelled.
Cancellation fee
Until May 31, 201960% of the exhibition fee
From June 1 to July 31, 201980% of the exhibition fee
From August 1 to September 30, 201990% of the exhibition fee
October 1, 2019 and thereafterEntire exhibition fee
July 31, 2019 Exhibition fee payment deadline
An invoice will be sent by the sponsor in June 2019. Please transfer the payment by July 31.

August 2019 Floor Plan and Exhibitor Manual Release
Release of Exhibitors booth location and a manual including all details related to the Exhibition (venue specifications, regulations on booth constuction, applications to various services, etc.)

October 2019 Submission deadline for various applications
Please submit your application regarding the electric power and decorations by the deadline.

November 25 (Mon.) – 26 (Tue.), 2019 Booth construction, decoration setting-up
↓
November 27 (Wed.) – 29 (Fri.), 2019 Exhibition Schedule
↓
November 29 (Fri.), 2019 Removal (between 17:00-22:00 only)

About the exhibition application
Please submit your application after the number of booths has been confirmed. (As a general rule, cancellations will not be permitted after the applications are submitted.)
Are there any required fees not included in the exhibition fee?
Yes. Other fees include decoration costs, labor costs for event companions and interpreters, direct mail postage fees, cargo handling costs for exhibition items, insurance fees, etc.
Regarding the exhibition floor plan and booth location
The organizers will determine the venue setup after the exhibition application deadline.
They will take into consideration the number of booths, exhibited items and past results and inform exhibitors around August 2019.
About the booth decorations
An effective and economical package display is available for the exhibition. (Application forms will be included in the Exhibitor Manual, distributed around August 2019.) If requested, a decoration contractor company will be introduced.
