Enjoy a private space for your technical seminar

Exhibitor Presentation provides exhibitors with opportunities to introduce their products and the latest technologies at the conference room provided near the exhibition hall. Inviting your prospective customers to the presentation is obviously an excellent way of not only introducing your products or technologies, but also promoting your corporate image for many visitors.

The deadline will be closed when all timeslots are taken.

100,000 yen/30 min session (tax excluded)
*Consumption tax will be added separately.


Presentation conditions

  1. Exhibitors of Mass-Trans Innovation Japan 2019.
  2. Content shall be related to the presenting company or its latest products and technologies.
    Presentation content and methods are the exhibitors’ choice and shall all be managed under the responsibility of the presenting companies.

Reception

  1. The visitors will be accepted in order of arrival and a total replacement system will be applied.
  2. The presenting companies will be in charge of the reception, and admission will be granted after registration of business cards.
  3. Attendance will be free of charge.

Management

  1. The presenting companies are responsible for reception duties, presenting, making sure the presentations progress smoothly, and preparing and distributing the catalogs.
  2. The organizers will support the overall venue management.

Venue facilities

Podium, projector, screen, microphones, audience chairs (80 chairs), reception table and chairs
*PCs must be prepared by each presenting company.

Attendant recruitment

Presentation themes and name of presenting companies will be posted on the invitations cards and onto the official website.

Presentation time

30 minutes per session/company (including question-and-answer session)

Capacity

80 seats (theater style)

*Note: No cancellation is admitted after the acceptance of applications because of the first-come, first served basis. The cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled exhibitions.

Stage Presentation (by theme)

Choose your theme and promote your products and technologies
in an
open stage directly inside the exhibition venue

As the program below, this project consists of carrying out presentations on an open stage within the venue. After choosing the theme of your presentation among the themes listed, the program will be determined by the organizer.
This is a unique occasion to attract as many visitors to your booth as possible by promoting your products and technologies directly in the exhibition venue.

Cancellations are not permitted after receiving the applications.
The cancellation policy will apply to the cancelled exhibitions.
