Exhibition application deadline

Applications are accepted by e-mail until May 30, 2025.
Please sign and retain a copy of your application form.
As a general rule, cancellations are not permitted after submitting the official application. However, in the event that the organizer judges the situation as unavoidable, please note that the following cancellation fee must be paid and the application will be cancelled.

Cancellation fee

Until May 31, 2025 30% of the exhibition fee
From June 1 to July 31, 2025 80% of the exhibition fee
From August 1 to September 30, 2025 90% of the exhibition fee
October 1, 2025 and thereafter Entire exhibition fee
July 31 (Thu.) , 2025

Exhibition fee payment deadline

An invoice will be sent by the sponsor in June 2025.
Please transfer the payment by July 31. Payment method: Bank transfer

FAQ

About the exhibition application
Please submit your application after the number of booths has been confirmed. (As a general rule, cancellations will not be permitted after the applications are submitted.)
Are there any required fees not included in the exhibition fee?
Yes. Other fees include decoration costs, labor costs for event companions and interpreters, direct mail postage fees, cargo handling costs for exhibition items, insurance fees, etc.
Regarding the exhibition floor plan and booth location
The organizers will determine the venue setup after the exhibition application deadline.
They will take into consideration the number of booths, exhibited items and past results and inform exhibitors around September 2025.
About the booth decorations
An effective and economical package display is available for the exhibition. (Application forms will be included in the Exhibitor Manual, distributed around September 2025.) If requested, a decoration contractor company will be introduced.
Regarding Stock Rooms
We will prepare two types of stock rooms [ - 4m2 88,000 yen (tax included), - 9m2 165,000 yen (tax included) ]
Please apply from the exhibitor's manual after September 2025.
Note) Limited space. Reception will be closed once the maximum amount has been reached.
